Reviive Therapy Services, PLLC has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify the admin or your therapist if you are unable to attend a session at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

All no-shows and late cancellations will result in a full session charge directly to the client at the time of the cancelled or missed appointment. 

Private pay offers mental health clients several advantages, including enhanced confidentiality as sessions are not documented through insurance claims, providing a sense of privacy. Additionally, private pay eliminates the requirement for a mental health diagnosis, allowing individuals to seek support for personal growth or life challenges without clinical labeling. 

Out-of-network providers are healthcare providers who are not contracted with a patient's insurance plan. When a client receives care from an out-of-network provider, they pay the entire cost upfront and then file a claim with their insurance company for reimbursement.
