Private Pay Rates

Private pay rates are based on the individual therapist.  All of our pre-licensed therapists offer reduced rates for sessions.

Fully Licensed Clinician Rates (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)
  • Phone Consultation - Free (15 minutes)

  • Individual Counseling - $125 (50-60 minutes)

  • Pre-Martial Counseling - $150 (50-60 minutes)

  • Couples Counseling - $175 (60-70 minutes)

  • Phone Consultation - Free (15 minutes)

  • Individual Counseling  - $90 (50-60 minutes)

  • Pre-Martial Counseling - $150 (50-60 minutes)

  • Couples Counseling (LPC-A/LMSW) - $120 (60-70 minutes) 

Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

*All credit card payments are subject to a service charge.

*All returned checks and credit card payments are subject to a $30 recovery charge.

Cancellation Policy

Reviive Therapy Services, PLLC has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify the admin or your therapist if you are unable to attend a session at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

All no-shows and late cancellations will result in a full session charge directly to the client at the time of the cancelled or missed appointment. 

Why Private Pay?

Private pay offers mental health clients several advantages, including enhanced confidentiality as sessions are not documented through insurance claims, providing a sense of privacy. It also grants clients the freedom to choose their therapist based on personal preferences, therapeutic approach, or specialization, without being limited to providers within their insurance network. 

With private pay, clients often experience greater flexibility in scheduling appointments and session lengths, tailoring their therapy experience to their unique needs. Moreover, private pay therapists are perceived by some clients as offering higher quality services, focusing on client-centered care and personalized treatment plans rather than insurance-driven protocols. 

Additionally, private pay eliminates the requirement for a mental health diagnosis, allowing individuals to seek support for personal growth or life challenges without clinical labeling. 

Accepted Insurance Plans

Reviive makes every effort to work with insurance panels that are more respectful of the mental health process. Please speak to your individual insurance company for pre-approval. 

Here are a few important notes about navigating your insurance benefits. Additionally,  if your insurance organization is not listed above, we may be able to provide out of network services. 

Questions for Insurance Provider

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. 

Here are some recommended questions to ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Please note, if you have a deductible, you will be charged the Reviive Therapy private pay rate of service for the service you are receiving until you have met your deductible. 
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Out-of-network Coverage

Out-of-network providers are healthcare providers who are not contracted with a patient's insurance plan. When a client receives care from an out-of-network provider, they pay the entire cost upfront and then file a claim with their insurance company for reimbursement.  

Reviive has partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits. 

Mentaya is perfect if you:

  • Have out-of-network benefits (check this with your Insurance Provider)
  • Feel overwhelmed by insurance
  • Would like to work with a Reviive clinician without the hassle of paperwork or fear of not getting reimbursed.


Here's how it works:

  • Sign up for Mentaya here
  • Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform
  • Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.
  • You get reimbursed by insurance!


Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required, dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies. It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees. 

Accepted Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

If you are using an EAP plan, please have the EAP authorization code prior to scheduling an appointment. Typically, the authorization code will be given directly to the provider from the EAP company or to the client to inform the therapist. Please contact us directly if you have any questions. 

Good Faith Estimate Disclosure

In accordance with the No Surprise Act, you're entitled to a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected costs of services with us.
